Wow, Advina!

When I see it written out, as clearly and precisely as you put it across, it really makes sense to me. Thank you very much for this. I am going to save it to use as inspiration. My journey continues.

Thank you as well, BA!

I'm going to push you.

What actions are you going to take to help you on your journey?

Saying you understand something and putting it into action are 2 very different things. What will your first step be.

Let me give up the need to know why things happen as they do.
I will never know and constant wondering is constant suffering.

Well, I was just on Amazon looking at a book, "overcoming anger and irritability". Have you heard of it? Thoughts? I am open to any suggestions you have. I am starting to realize, it's not simply going to change itself. I need to do some work.

Thanks for continuing to support me. You have no idea how much I appreciate all the people on Divorcebusters, truly a Godsend for me smile

SP, I had a lot of anger in me when I first started this journey. I had lived a life filled with anger and resentment, I "managed" it but I would blow my stack far too often.

CompassionPower, was helpful to me. You can google and get more info.
