I forgot to add important points... 1. I was in an in-house S for a year and a half because I wouldn't leave my kids, and I wouldn't afford to move out with no temporary orders of support in place. Judge said we should just agree....awful. I was 'banished to the basement'. 2. I made the BIG mistake of telling xh#1 I would be filing, giving him time to move and hide money and assets before courts order that nothing can move. I didn't know better then, and it cost me later. 3. I started to record everything. Whether it would be admissible or not. I journaled every day. It helped immensely.
