I need to get back to my Al-anon meetings.

I feel no warm feelings for H today...or yesterday...or the day before. A bit on the resentful side.

I am sure this is because he's disappeared. So, I only "care" when I feel he's putting in some effort or work? Sounds like I have a lot more work to do.

I'm disappointed in myself today. I thought I had made some progress, but clearly have not!

I'm disappointed in myself today. I thought I had made some progress, but clearly have not!

You have progressed a lot, you are a different person than when you arrived here.
Going to Al anon meeting shows that you take care of yourself and yourself its your main priority.

Keep working on yourself and be gentle.

Love its like Ice cream, you can get it any day of the year but normally you just want it in summer wink eat Ice cream everyday

Look what happens with a love like that,It lights the whole sky.

I guess I know I've grown and changed, just not as much as I'd like. I think this all goes back to my control and patience issues. I need to work on both of those.

I can only control myself, but I'm fighting myself on it! Lol!!!

This sunshine is helping my PMA, though!!!!

Accept your changes even if they seem little, normally we dont accept the changes because in our brain we still thinking those changes will move us towards R, the true its that those changes are for you and they will stay with you for the rest of your life, months ago you werent even thinking in changing right? Well look at you know...thinking and doing to change... You have the rest of your life to keep changing things wink
