Awwww, shucks, la! It's a lot of fun and the best work out I've had in 20 years! If you look it up online, you can buy home workout DVDs. If you haven't tried Pilates, I strongly encourage you to do so. I have terrible back issues, and Pilates has been a lifesaver! Plus, it has definitely kept me (somewhat) sane through my sitch.
