I took this from a very dear friend to both of us. So, it is not just me seeing this in you Frank. And I am not offering up possible answers I learned that from dealing with my wife, asking a question and providing easy outs for her so she didn't have to think.

Pain, fine. Expand. You get something out of it besides pain, what is it?
Try to answer with more words than the question has.
