I started out as FaithandHope as that was what I needed to get through my Husband's MLC. Once I got over the hump and began to heal from the damage of his MLC I changed it to BrandNewDay.I wanted a fresh start!

I love cats. All cats, large, small, domestic, and wild.
Cats are friendly (when they choose to be), graceful, beautiful, tempermental, loners, social, loving, independent, wise, intuitive and strong.
Until shortly before I started posting I had four. Each with a different personality but all with qualities that I adored and that drove me nuts. Although I have had as many as 20 at once and now I have 2.
Cats will give all of themselves to a person that they love who loves them. And they can just as easily go about their own business and not let what anyone else does (even the dog) bother them.
Hence, the name…

Since then, people have actually told me I remind them of a cat so I guess it was appropriate

I think the big difference between dogs and cats attitudes...
If you could change your dog to be 10 feet tall, it would still respect and obey you. However, if you did the same to your cat, it would kill you without even a second thought.

I appreciate the thought, but I don't think it would have mattered, as I did not even remember the actual email I used with that account. I believe it was a hotmail address, and if it was..well, it's long gone now.

Like I said, everything happens for a reason; even getting back my user name with the space removed. LOL!
Remember, as each person is different, every MLC/Transition is different..what works for one may not work for another. Most of the time it is trial and error for ALL involved.

Yeah? But at least they allowed a form of your original name upon banning. Some names seemed to be banned in all versions, along with most threads...like they want to erase an identity.
