Man, I really miss skiing. I haven't done it in 16 or 17 years. STBXW isn't very athletic and the thought of skiing terrified her.

Hopefully, my girls will be more adventurous and by next winter I'll perhaps have found a braver older girl to go as well.

Hey CTH, take the kids and learn, and go skiing by yourself, or find friends to do that as well.

I did the same as you, and didn't go for a long period, my stbxw tried and didn't like it, so I never pursued it much. I have been skiing since 3 years old, so this year, I went back to doing what I like, and went 5-6 times after work, with friends, and several times with d9 who is getting better and better at it.

No need to wait for a braver older girl as you put it.. smile

Big weekend. No sleep. Deep feelings. New experiences.

Dog is enjoying a new...different...crowd.

Dog is never going back to the way it was.

I hate this stupid sh that we have to live in these boxes. Narrowly defined. Written by somebody else. I was sold a bill of goods and my only disappointment was that I lived in it for so long. f that sh!!!

Those who truly love, don't need boxes. No one knows what the rules are, how long it will last, or what will happen tomorrow. They love anyway.

i will write my own. I will live my own. I will love my own.

I could be wrong but I'm guessing that a short exchange we had recently is taking up permanent residence in your head as it is in mine:

everything is so intense, full, energetic, radiant, beautiful, off the hinges, convoluted. like a wild Bjork video.
