Tomorrow myself and two daughters move to a new apartment. And realizing this will be the last night to sleep here is really hitting me.
I'm still in very limited communication with my W and it is cordial and friendly and brief updates on work for each and the children.
Tonight though the being alone without the W being around is hitting me pretty hard. I had been ok all week with prepping to move etc. Still have the computer desk and computer to break down tonight but struggling with emotions. Have been doing limited GAL, 180, "acting as if" etc and my coach has been great.
Just a down night right now.
