Sorry to hear about your situation. We have had a few stories where the man has a quick romance with a woman in another country, then get M fast and come to the USA. After some time, she decides she is not satisfied and decides to move on to greener pastures.
How will divorce affect her green card status? Could that be her reason for not filing a D against you?
Moving into a Manhattan apartment with no job, sounds as if these girls are really immature or else very spoiled by their father. Don't be surprised if they hit you up for cash, or whenever the next rent is due...your W will start getting friendly again. When daddy has to start sending money for their expensive tastes, he may get tired of it. However, if they do get financed, the next thing to expect of her is probably acting like girls gone wild.
