Hi RD

I'm so sorry to hear that your daughters have been so distressed. You have been such a supportive Dad, and they know that you are there for them, which must make a huge difference. They will always remember that...x

Hi rd, If you have a good reason to move (for work, family, etc.) and it's only an extra 40 minutes away, then sure. But if you want to move just to avoid OM, then you are giving him too much of your mental energy. He is not worth it. You eventually won't care about him anyway.

I will be moving very far away from my H, and we are trying to work out the parenting plan at the moment. But my move is not to avoid him or punish him. I have to move to keep my job and financial independence and for family support (esp. for my medical condition).

Just make sure if you do decide to move that you do so for the right reasons for you. As for the country house, there's no reason you couldn't go ahead and sell that so you'll have some options when you're ready.

Hi RD - was it your W's wedding ring, or a different ring?

HI Toots, its not the wedding ring because I took that back. (without her knowing). I did'nt really get a good look but I just thought it unusual to have any ring on that finger. Maybe alot of seperated women wear rings on that finger ?

Take care RD

Hi Rd, intrinsically women do do that anyway (at least in my experience) both stepsister (unmarried - grandmothers ring) and w before we married wore rings on that finger, sorry may have missed it does she work in anything public facing (may just be trying to avoid "hassle" from others maybe - devils advocate..)

my w often didnt wear hers anyway for various reasons, she hasnt worn them at all now since about august, mine came off in december as I needed to do it to make myself commit more to being detatched.

thanks EDZ, my Ws came off in Aug/sept time and there has not been one on to my knowledge since. As I posted Ds made a big thing of it with her when they noticed only a 3/4 weeks ago and she told them she was wearing engagement ring on other hand.

Not mind reading, just wondered if she was engaged again !!! LOL

She works in an animal welfare shelter and they all know her sitch re M.

Thanks for posting

Hi RD. I suppose there's really no way of knowing unless you ask outright, which wouldn't be a DB move. For me, I haven't worn a ring on that finger since BD - but I can see a WAW may feel differently. It could well be that she saw one she liked and tried it on and bought it...

As V would say - no doubt all will unravel in due course....and that may just be the best way to view it. Not that worthy of your fine mind's focus right now.

Have a nice evening RD. Are you cooking something nice? I feel I have to keep up with the guys in this forum in terms of my cooking! T x

Hi toots. Not really over thinking the ring , just thought it was a little strange given what a statement it is to take off the rings to start with. Anyway. No cooking tonight as as W was here today and cooked for kids and left me a meal to re heat.

Tomorrow is sausage balls and pasta but my beautiful Ds Cook that one Result

Thanks so much toots for keep posting. It means a lot Everyone on here has been very kind and people like yourself go the extra mile by posting even when I stop.

d13 sitting next to me on sofa doing homework. D10 on two seater on her phone and S20 collapsed in one seater chilling. D16 in playroom doing his health. Fire lit and my family are around me. I am a very lucky man. Life has ups and downs and even though this is a hard pill to swallow re Ws choices overall I have it better than a lot of people.

Toots thank you, I hope you don't mind but huge hugs and a peck on the cheek
All the ladies on here are so kind , thank you. Rd
