Just talked to my kids tonight they said mom was walking around the house singing how she was going to be free in 2 weeks what a happy day. Heartless ***** I hope and pray she gets what she deserves that day.

Some things just make you scratch your head I had one of those things today, I have to drive by my wifes work several times each day. We both work on the interstate and there just really is no way around her work without me taking the loop which is 20+ miles out of the way for me, but any way when I drove past her work today they were having the dangest barbeque you have ever seen. There must have been 60 of her family members there and a Limo. She works at her dad’s heavy equipment place and a limo is just a little bit out of place. Not a big deal at all just makes you scratch your head. My brother said the 30 passenger limo was for all the men she’s had sex with since she started being a bad girl back in April or so. LOL who knows could be.

D10 called me and told me tonight and said that on D-day grand ma is picking her up from school then as soon as mom gets out of court they are going to corpus. Is the stbex really stupid enough to think we can start a contested at 1:30 pm and be out at 3 so you can drive 10 hours to go to corpus. Then she ask D10 to ask me if I wanted a souvineer from ny where she is going this weekend. Told her no thanks. Didn't have the heart to tell her mom that her plan won't work D10 will have to be in court that day.

Oh gosh I am so nervous its 8 days until D-Day, the child advocate still has not met with any of us, my two oldest kids were former honer roll students at a private school are both failing, they are not adjusting to public school at all. I have to talk to both of there teachers today, it just seems like every thing is crashing, Im just so nervous, Ive been hiding in my office all morning because I dont want to have to go make sales calls and talk to people. I talked with D10 and S-7 tonight about there bad grades they told me that mom will not help them with there homework, when they ask her for help she tells them that she's through with school and she's not doing it for them. D10 and S-7 both said she is too busy texting and talking on the phone (most of her conversations are like “your funny, no your funnier he he he") sometimes she will help them when they start crying. Sometimes she sends them to there room. Most of the time she watches TV, text her boyfriends and drinks beer while D-10 & S-7 do their home work. Last night at S-7's open house his teacher said he must read out loud for 20 minutes every night, S-7 said mom sends him to his room to read and he skips pages and does not read what he is supposed to. I have a parent teacher conference with his teacher today at 12:45 to go in depths with S-7 problems I also have a conference with D-10's math teacher tomorrow 10-7-10 at 8:05.

I had a Parent teacher conference with S-7's teacher today she had no idea what my 7 year old is going through, even though she has spoken to the STBEX wife on several occasions. She said what I told her makes perfect sense now with the way he is acting.

I can't recall from your sitch if you're seeking primary or at least 50-50 custody, but reading your post about how your wife is treating your kids has made me really upset.
