It is perfectly normal to be down about the death of a child. It's such a tragedy. Death in the elderly is upsetting but that is the normal progression of life. Death in the young just seems so against the universe.

Thanks Mish. I really do think it is because it is a child. There are just some paths in our lives that seem so similiar and I wish he had been given the easier road in all of this.

Thanks guys. I just had a client that got me talking and oh did I let a lot out. Good thing my boss was at lunch. Just the whole thing ex, kids, where I am now. Just a really sweet lady that let me talk and she talked some stuff out too.

I wasn't really venting just talking. I really must have needed to. Maybe an affirmation that I needed from someone on the outside. I got that. She said I was a strong, beautiful person and that my kids were going to be using that strength in their own lives one day.

Angels that pass before you even in day to day life.

So I feel as if I strayed a bit with the last week or so. Nothing major, just not focusing on where I want to go but can't really blame prom!

I miss the daily attention that I was getting from K. Life is hectic all around. Don't know if we have stalled for the moment or if we are just in a holding pattern until the weather clears! Either way, I decided there is no point sitting around waiting when I have work to do on the house and on me. Just need a little push to get started. lol

I know the feeling, I was off my path but I am getting back on...as they say take care of you and the rest will fall into place.

Not sure what I am up to the 15th weekend yet but it is supposed to be Dan's weekend with the kids...
