And are you making escargot cake for tomorrow? wink

You should do garlic baguette. Or French onion soup!

I think we are making Black Forest cake for the German class and who knows what for French class. Two years ago we(meaning me) made chocolate mousse from scratch...pure heaven. I think we have to do something different now. Last year it was something with apples that wasn't at all fun to make. I would do creme puffs since I make them a couple of times a year anyway but someone else always picks those. Darn!

Maybe I will just pass the spoon on to him but then he would be out asking me something every 2 seconds!! LOL (but oh sooo true!)

Michelle: escargot cake...for REAL??? LOL

Any French pastry will do, they're all good. Or.....here's a wild idea.....Quiche Lorraine? Easy and transports well.

No, but I certainly had several chances when I met up with K last Friday. Both decided that we didn't want our first time to be rushed. So perhaps very soon. wink

Everything else is great.

Thanks Julia! blush

S17 and I ended up making a cinnamon cake for German class. Pretty easy. He was moving soooo slow because he wanted to be precise and I just kept pushing him along. Whenever I stepped out of the kitchen, it was 100 questions time.

Tonight I am going to step way back even if it takes him 2 hours!! LOL
