Change a plans for today (everyone backed out of going to the football game), so I walked about 5K this morning. Then made waffles for the kids, now cleaning then we will put up the Christmas tree smile

Tonight, will bake some more cookies for my friend whom I will visit with tomorrow evening.

Took the day off for a longer weekend smile My car passed the emissions test and now going to walk over to my brother's house to visit my niece grin

After putting up our Christmas tree, was thinking how much I'm looking forward to the holidays. I wish my W was home to celebrate as a family but that was her decision to leave. I'm not going let my circumstances get in my way of having a good time! I'll admit some days are harder than others to get PMA going but everyday that passes has helped me move forward. I had a great weekend (only Friday night I was down a little) but the rest of the weekend was fun. Watched a lot of football and ate too much, so need to be walking more smile

This morning W is having a colonoscopy procedure as she has been suffering from adominal pain. Her doctor had a CAT scan done and they saw something and wanted to check further. I said many prayers for her today and will hear from her later today to find out how it went. I know she was very scared about today, and hopefully everything will work out.

W, sent me a text about her test:
"Still pretty spacey from the drugs. Found some polyps and removed them. Need to call doctor in a week for results"
I texted back: "Thx, get some rest"

So, now I can concentrate on work again.

Well, talked with W after I took S13 to the high school for an introduction for 8th graders. He signed up for football, baseball and a TV camp for next summer. Pretty cool!

W is doing better, said she was very tired all day and she gets the results next wednesday.

Last night decided to bake a craneberry-ornage bread for the potluck tonight. Talked with W about some Christmas gifts for the boys and took a long walk to work off some potluck calories smile

Have you put up any Xmas decorations? That may lift your spirits. And play Xmas music, too!

Yes, last Friday the kids and I put up the tree and decorations. My spirits are actually good. Been listening to Christmas music everyday since Thanksgiving. I don't get a chance to post here all the time as I have been busy but have been doing well. Thanks for the suggestions!
