K, Been in this kind of situation many times the last few months. Damned if you do (feel "used" by someone who has betrayed you big time), damned if you don't (supposed to DB and be their "friend" for the "sake of the kids"). His car is more important than the big mess he created!? Who's the selfish one really? They don't see how selfish they are. Any legal action yet or are you really still hoping and buying time?
