I'm tired of the spew. She has a very strange concept of "marital property" and what's fair. I need to be away from her for awhile. I'm a much better person than she makes me out to be.

I'm not the standard, to me stuff is just stuff. If I can replace it then it just dropped off of my radar as important.

When my wife wanted to be fair and offered things back, I told her the sentimental stuff I didn't want or desire and anything else I could replace they were just things.

Now retirement...the ability to provide for my children...that's different. But a TV...its just a TV.

An enforced break from the boards has done me well. I like my drama from netflix.

My W thinks a fair division is she gets the house, the business and the business property and I get the debt. No joke. Oh yeah, she expects "child support' even though we will have joint custody.
