Hi Will,

I figured Michele's recent posts would scatter people a bit - I had thought I'd put my next thread in the separated, now what? forum, which is probably where most of us in newcomers actually belong. Still, we need to keep visiting each other. Just means travelling a bit more, huh?

Glad to hear you survived the big V-day. What's next? Oh yes, Easter, when H proposed...but as Stephan reminds me, don't borrow tomorrow's troubles.

take good care Will!

Hello Will,

Where are we? I would like to move to piecing (sp) our marriage back together but h & I are still in separate houses. So I will stay at newcomers for awhile. When do we become something else?
Sorry about your crappy day but your attitiude is great. Hang in there. It will only get better

Good Morning Will Win, It is 4:30 AM here in rural PA. Looks like I have to go hunting ground hog this morning. Like your new digs. Let me know if you plan to stay here are come back over later. No matter how bad the day was--you made it through it. Want to share with you a passalong called Stepping Stones--not sure who originally wrote it. You may have heard it before. But I thought it would give you a postive way to start this morning.

Stepping Stones

The Lord came to me like a dream one day
And asked, Why do you sorrow?
I answered, Lord my life is so full of pain,
I can't face one more tommorrow.

The Lord sat down beside me
And gently took my hand.
He said, Let me explain to you
And then you'll understand.

Each sorrow is a steeping stone.
You must surmount each day.
And every stepping stone you colimb
is a sorrow that's passed away.

The road of life is a mountainside,
With crevices in which to be caught.
But as you struggle on your way,
I the Rock will lend support.

Every steeping stone you climb
Makes spirit and heart grow strong.
Exercising character and faith,
this road seems painful and long.

The way is paved with stepping sotnes,
To uplift your heart and soul,
Though difficult, they aid your way,
To a City paved with gold.

I know that you are tired,
For I too have walked this way.
My soorows did they multiply,
But I cleared many stones away.

I left my rock to lift you up,
I left behind my story.
To give you strenght to make your climb,
To that special place in glory.

And never fear, the Rock is here,
You'll never climb this mountain alone.
Surmount life's sorrow, continue on,
For they are but stepping stones.

Hope you have a great weekend. Take care. PKD

Great new place, but you should think about recovering the couch. It clashes with the wallpaper.

Glad I found your new post. You are a wise and sage DB elder. I get alot out of reading your story.

Will,

I get the feeling we will be seeing more of each other in this forum come late February. And I thought my DB efforts were actually making progress...

Time for new startegies, right?

Sheesh!

Will,

Thanks for lunch Saturday. We need to try to get smc to join us sometime.

How are you doing? Any decisions on "the call" yet?

Hang in there buddy. You'll be doing another Gopher dance soon.

Hey Will,

Pretty quiet over here, isn't it? The separated forum is even slower. I am having second thoughts about moving now...think I'll ask for an extension on my lease in Newcomers!

Hope you are doing well and enjoying the weather!
