Yes, limbo is really like purgatory isn't it? Just waiting for Heaven or Hell. The NC is really tough and, then when you do hear something, you are lifted but come crashing back down when the communication stops. This particular roller coaster is definitely no fun. Glad you are getting out and GAL'ing!

Yes I hate it. I'm 50 now and I feel like every day waiting is a day lost. You wait for them and there is no guarantee you will ever R, and in the meantime there could be someone out there who you could spend the rest of your life with and be happy, and someone else snaps them up, its almost a no win sitch! I often wonder if one day our former partners are ever going to really understand how much they hurt us?

Going out to a comedy night with some friends, one of them is a psychic I met a couple of years ago. I spoke to her at length last time we met because she picked up on my sitch. It is going to be interesting to see if she gravitates to me tonight, and what she will have to say!

Not really much happening at thus stage no contact with WW and dont really care. My GAL is going along really well, and Im In a good place. My D17 seems to be doing well too, she is going out with her friends a lot more now, witch one way is bit sad for me, I dont see her as much. I now know I will be ok without WW-WAW, I have started to realise that I have an oportunity to do with my life what I want to do, I am free, once i get my stuff sorted and the house sold I can go anywhere and do what I want. I have been there for all my extended family, her family, and all my friends aquantences and even people I dont know! I think it's time I started to say no, and put myself first. I have worked in the construction industry as a builders labourer, a scaffolder, I was a roofer, I can weld, I cand do plumbing some electical work, i know how to build car engines,i can drive a truck, and I woked in mental health as a social worker. I am now head groundsman at a private school. So as you can imagine a lot of people need a favour here and there, lots if people like to take advantage of me too! I have always wanted to live in Europe and now I may be able to do it! I just have to leave some of my so called friends behind. The only thing holding me from doing it is my D17, I cant leave her!!!!

I can not at this stage. She is in her last year of school, and leaving her two sisters and friends would not be something I think she would want to do. I will just have to wait until she leaves school gets a job, and I will start thinking about it then, although my biological clock is running down so I don't have much time left.
