Please remember that you can't make rational out of irrational thinking. They will say some of the crazy, off the wall stuff while thinking out loud. Listen, sift through the comments and then let it go.

Sit quietly, the answers will reveal themselves when you least expect them to.
The past is gone, the present is a gift and you need to focus on today, allow the future to reveal itself when it is ready.

I also think NEW relationships are way more "exciting" than the old one
there is a hormonal surge and lots of fantasy I'm sure for them in the beginning
I think It is hard for people to resist the temptation of that kind of "high" that a new R brings
and for those in MLC is probably uncontrollable
hang in
keep taking care of yourself
days pass fast and before you know it, its easier to deal with
I can hardly believe it is like 8 going on 9 years

The good news is I have recently started to journal. I write a little blurb everyday about thoughts, feelings, or things that occurred. I have found this to be very therapeutic. If anyone else has a hard time with constant and annoying thoughts they should try journaling. There are quite a few apps and websites for daily journals.
