Sighting of the Day Alert

Bigfoot was sighted today, came by office no less and threw some money on my desk. This was for the May bills - a whole $35, Wow.

"Here you go" I said "thanks" as she flounced off.

Classy

These interactions always confused me. Most likely a temp check and a test to see if she could get a rise out of you .. like they need to send a torpedo into your hull and see if it blows up later .... she could have easily just gave you that huge amount another way ... but made an effort to do it this way .. smh.

That noggin is no where I'd want to be.

right - she could have just written a check or left it at the front counter like she normally does.

Her flounce was impressive I must say. lol

Heavy,

Your sense of humor really came out today with comments like "dumb bunny wife" over in Diff's thread and now "Bigfoot" right here. I chuckled at those two comments. Thanks for the laughs. smile

All I can do is laugh sometimes HD. My W texted me as she was moving out today to ask if she could take pictures off the wall to go with her. I said "sure, and the leopard (which she HATES) is downstairs." No reply, but whatever - I think I'm funny.

I mean seriously what else is there to do but laugh. All of this is so absurd and juvenile and the high drama. It reminds me of a 6th grade play and my situation takes the cake. So melodramatic, such love, such passion high angst. Give me a break!!

I wish people would look in the mirror and really see themselves and think about how they appear to others. Wow - mirror work! I get it!! Now if everyone could do it. Wouldn't the world be a better place for all of us?

I think Lennon summed it up best "living life in peace." And we all know he was no Saint but he strived for a better world. Imagine indeed.

I read so many posts here that are so full of compassion and love for their spouse even when they are kicking them. Wow, that just knocks my socks off. My hat is off to you all. What an inspiratiaon. Yes, as a Christian I get it and am blown away by the selfless love.

How I wish I could be equal on your level with that degree of love. More mirror work in store for me my friends. Where does all of this negativeiy come from? It must come from inside me - I know we all have the capacity to make ourselves happy but do we also have the capacity to drive out the negative innate traits we all posses as well?

My WW temp checked me the other day. She showed up to my work out of the blue, had never been there before and I didn't see her. I heard her from across the room saying "Hey Handsome, how are you doing?" I showed her around, we chatted, gave each other a hug and that was it. My co-workers all looked at me after she left and said "Who was that?" I just said, "well, that is my soon to be ex-wife..." They followed with "WTF was that about? Coming in here calling you "handsome"?" I just explained her temp-checking me and that was about it.

WW are really something special, right?
