Hi all,
Wanted to Follow up on my progress. I am in a better position, lowering conflict to minimum. Have been constantly working on my growth and moving on with my life. It's tough but empowering. Still have lows but I quickly bounce back.

Divorce and new beginning an excellent book for post divorce managment of emotions and thinking. Please read it
