Thanks in advance

Yesterday the collateral damage really started.

We have an employee that wants to quit due to the stress and additional work the separation has caused.

The employee called me. Told me that the spouse already had been called.

When hinting that I assume the duties, I just replied "not sure what to say as havent received communication and would need to hear frrom the spouse (my phone will stay on)"

Employee then relayed the message to the spouse.

------

This is the first major hurdle and casualty due to the separation.

We'll have to talk about this soon.

When healing our marriage is the best option. (and only simple one,for us to work together)

Questions

Do I call the spouse?

what do I say (tough to not do this without addressing collateral damage)

Please try to stick to one thread, it might get you off of moderation faster.

You have 10 posts and 6 different threads.

It is hard to keep track of what it going on, plus I think you changed your name too.
