How does one know when the MLC spouse is sincere about working it out and being trust worthy again? They seem to repeat the pattern over & over again. Who could ever trust them? And why would you when they have cheated and lied over & over again ?
If the MLC spouse is saying, "Trust me" ... don't. If the MLC spouse is saying HE is going to do this and HE is going to do that ... he probably isn't, because it's still all about him.
If he starts acting differently, and following through on his words, well ... actions speak louder than words. You truly shouldn't begin to trust him until he shows that he has changed.
