After all this time, I did it. What I fought so hard to avoid happened. I went and met with a lawyer yesterday. It is my only option left at this point.
Of course to try to keep costs down he suggested that Mark and I try to come to an agreeance on everything. So I called him and spoke to him. His response was I'm not getting a lawyer, do whatever, I"ll sign it, my f'in life sucks anyway. I wasn't entirely shocked by his response I knew he'd play the poor me act like he always does.

I just said, 'H whatever the judge says I need to do, I will abide by his decisions. Whatever happens,,happens and i'm done fighting and arguing with you. That was 11/2007 1wk after being served.
1/2010 Mediation, H says, 'I'm not paying you anything and if you get an atty I will drag your family and friends thru the mud!' And BTW,,I can f*@k whoever I want i'm not going to sit around and wait for you!'
5/2010 My Atty sent his atty interogatories/pattern & non-pattern responses to our ?'s, he has now decided to sell 2 of the businesses and give the hummer to OW and is going for SOLE custody & sole decision making for our 2 youngest@ home!
My point is: No matter how bad it gets always remember that you have done your best and you have tried, keep your chin up and don't let him control you or the sitch any longer. Trust your atty and know that we are all here to help,,In YOUR best interest!
