The really weird part of this thread was reading my own post. When I was still struggling with it all. I remember it all well.
Cathy: You might just be right! I thought it was "our" Beth's thread - turns out its a Beth I really don't even remember but what she wrote then is still very important today.
I wish we knew what eventually happened with her, although her message says that it didn't really matter, that you can have a successful and happy life no matter what happens.
Does anyone know what did happen, just out of curiosity?
I just happened to check in with this site after a long time being away. I remember many of you. It was you who helped me become strong and be a better person. I have forgiven ex for her affairs, but will never forget the pain as a result of affairs. I raise my boys alone now and wouldn't have it any other way. Life is good. I'm happy today thanks to all you "old timers" and this site.
