i see it adviced often to move back into the marital bed.

here in this state that could be considered harassment, and if the police are involved you could end up with a DIR against you.

how would you approach this with this consideration?

I've never heard of that, Steve -- what state are you in?

In fact, of all the controversial subjects here on the board -- exposure, snooping, some others -- that seems to be the ONE thing that EVERYONE agrees on: DON'T MOVE OUT OF YOUR OWN BED, nor out of your own home!

in fact, i was told that following them around the house pestering them to talk about the relationship could also be interpreted as harassment. food for thought.

SO. dont move out of your own bed.

and NEVER OUT OF YOUR OWN HOUSE. even for a couple of days. you may find the locks changed and the police telling you that you are the one who left you will need to leave.
