Speaking of attitude, during my last performance plan review, my boss did say I always had a positive attitude. Of course, she doesn't hear me b1tch to my coworkers when she gets a bug up her rear end.
I allow and encourage hijacks on my threads. One never knows where a conversation may go. Actually, if that is where the conversation goes, it really isn't a hijack.
