I just wanted to drop in and say that I am so sorry you are going through this.

I have no advice to offer but can offer my empathy. Most of us on here can. If you need to scream and cry - DO IT! Just try not to do it in earshot of you H.

I have not read your whole thread, but I did see you are from Australia - full of long beaches - go for a long walk, blame the sea spray for the tears, take someone with you if that helps, chase birds, walk, breathe.

Today is about you. Be in survival mode, one minute at a time. I know from experience that us newbies want to fly out of the gate "DB'ing" but try to slow the clock today for your own sake. Be Scarlett O'Hara today and put off thinking until tomorrow. Today's task is walk and breathe. I know how hard it is just to do those two things when you feel your heart has been shattered and you feel like you are on your knees.
