While I thought this was going to be a sad, crying induced week, surprisingly, I have been okay.

Why is that? When he left before, I was hysterical and feeling completely lost. Does this mean anything?

You're finally detaching, I would suspect. It's so great when one can get to that point. You feel more at ease, and calm.

I am just journaling to remind myself of how far I have come.

I have had good week so far. It is the second week since my H left. Spending time working and running (getting prepared for my 15k on June 3rd). No crying or anxiety - even when my H has reached out to me.

While I am worried about him, it really has been a peaceful and self-fulling 2 weeks for me. I guess I am wondering why things seem to change over time. Does time heal all wounds? Maybe it is true. I just wished I felt this way back in February.
