Well I woke up to wonderful news. The judge cancelled my hearing because of something that came up. She rescheduled it to January 06, 2011...... Ex has got to be livid, oh well.
My ex again for those of you who don't know is trying again to get the child support reduced. He has failed at every attempt thus far.

Mediation however is still scheduled for November 29, 2010.
