Thank you, God! Last Saturday, X & I signed on with a new Realtor. Since then, twelve showings in eight days! That was, perhaps, two month's worth of showings with the last realtor. Got an offer Friday. Got another one yesterday. Got a third today! Finally...finally! Thank you, God!

How's the yoga coming? I try to make it once a week, but I'm trying to play outside as much as possible before the snow hits. Next weekend should be the big *Aspen changing* time, so that will be a nice hike and drive.
