You are receiving some really valuable advice here. It's so painful to hear all that you've been told. I was once told that I was on a rollercoaster but my H wasn't on it with me. With time, I had to agree. I focussed way too much on the tiny crumbs thrown my way. You are the main person now. It's time to look after you.
