Google rebuildingseminars...find a location in your state and go from there. Its a course offered by different people/organizations around the country based on the book Rebuilding by Dr. Bruce Fisher...there's real emotional work you need to do..but I think the pay off can be huge.

I will have to honestly say that another thing that helped me was meeting a man in my class who has been going through the same situation as me, at roughly the same time. We have become very good friends and supporters for each other.

I have my 'bad days', but they are less frequent...there is no magic bullet to get through this stuff...it does take persistent work!

I just got back from dinner in Niwot with 2 of my rebuilding "sisters." Gosh I love them and wouldn't have made it through without their support. You and I are so lucky to have found rebuilding; it makes all the difference in the world. YES! Let's plan for July 10 or 11. Are you talking about the Starbucks inside Safeway at Hwy 7 and 287? Maybe there's another one in Erie I don't know about.

Just in case anyone is wondering if things have changed at all since the divorce was final...they haven't. Ex-H is still 'angry' all the time at me per my daughters...He is seeing someone new I think- Unfortunately D12 saw a FB message from new girlfriend to ex-H, since he leaves himself logged in on FB on the shared laptop...

I know I've moved on since it really doesn't bother me about the new girlfriend. Just how it affects my daughters.

Seems like it will take him quite awhile to get through this MLC, if he comes through...I guess it'll be more interesting to watch from the sidelines than from the middle of the action(and less painful!).
