I started out back in 2001 as HurtingBadly, in reference to the bomb that was dropped on me. My husband had already been in MLC for around 2 years at that time.
As time went on, I gained more knowledge, my marriage started coming back together, I changed my screen name to HeartsBlessing; still using the same initials.
HeartsBlessing to me means "blessing for/to the heart."
I have tried very hard to live up to that name in real life.
When I came back in February of this year after being gone for around 8 years, I was surprised to see the name was still available, AND I was able to create my OWN password for it. I had been uncertain about that, as in the old days, you had letters/numbers assigned to you by the board, and I didn't have that password anymore.
But, everything happens for a reason.
Remember, as each person is different, every MLC/Transition is different..what works for one may not work for another. Most of the time it is trial and error for ALL involved.
Forever - he - said - I guess its self explanatory. My husband, when picking out his wedding ring, had a design made of celtic knots, the open areas were engraved with the word 'forever'.
Back in the good old days, my husband swore up and down that if anything ever happened to me that he was only going to get married once, that what we had was special and ever lasting and he would never find again.
How quickly things changed with his MLC - now he's found his 'soulmate' and seems like he couldn't care less about us.

apparently, most of the "good" names were taken (sadwife, soconfused, whyintheworldisthishappeningtome) .
so being the creative person that i am...i went with something really deep...j/k. i just happened to be listening to music on pandora.com and tried the name...it worked, and voila! now i have a name that sounds pretty cool and could potentially have some obscure meaning.
Soory guys I am like Mila...pretty boring...just a shorten version of my real name. In hind sight I should have created a name like....PR_RICAN_THATDOESNOT_LISTEN

I choose the name TIPPER because it is my cats name and I love it.
Also, at the time I had started to post here I had just found out that my H was seeing a STRIPPER from one of the cities strip clubs, and the two words ryhmed and I guess it just popped into my mind.
I dont think of the stripper girl when I look at my cat though thank goodness. But sometimes I do feel like my cats name reminds me of coming here to post and how welcomed I felt by all the rest of the LBS here.
Also, My cat TIPPER is a real loner/individual(not a cuddely lap cat) and I really felt all alone for the first time ever at that point.
So I guess my screen name had more meaning than I ever really thought.
My screen name used to be JAK58. My daughter in law(x) came on here at my urging so I changed it to protect my privacy. I changed it to JoJo's circus as that is what my H's MLC seems like to me ab huge big tent circus!
