Thanks Bill!

I'm going to print what you wrote and keep it with me to remind me. Your energy philosophy seems so Zen-like!

Off I go to create some positive energy around me! I love it!

Hello my friends! Thank you for the well wishes, and I wish all of you the happiest New Year.

Wrapping up my holiday vacation now, back to work tomorrow. I guess it's pretty obvious I haven't been getting to the computer much lately - just really busy. Things are great here. My W and I are closer than ever, we're looking at 2004 as a new chapter. Things are just awesome, awesome, awesome. And as for those last issues we were working on, I'll just say that make-up sex is all it's cracked up to be, both in quality and quantity.

And for those of you that have experienced the bomb-related crash diet... be warned that it can reverse in full force.

Home life is good - still working on painting the house, we have landscapers lined up (as soon as the rain stops). My boys are so much fun to be around - have really taken off verbally in the past month. We've all enjoyed being home together for the last couple of weeks.

Okay, W just caught me on the computer and wanted to type a message to y'all below - I'm off to dinner.

Later - Bill
--------

Hi Everybody,
I have interrupted Bill's message to you all to say a few words....from the "enemy" (he, he). I'm Bill's wife and I am just as impressed with him as all of you are. I never would have imagined that anyone could love me as much as he has and continues to do so. I have always worked from the basis that people don't change that much after a certain age. It seems to me that most of us are pretty hard-wired after 30, and try as we might, we just are who we are. Bill proved me wrong.
I never wanted to leave Bill. We got married with the understanding that divorce would NEVER be an option. The problem with that statement is that it doesn't take into consideration the quality of that marriage. It is so easy to sink into the comfort zone and basically just go through the motions. Bill had checked out and I just couldn't seem to reach him.
Therapy, the grace of God, and Bill being the amazing human being he is totally saved us. Bill loved me even when it was painful and never accepted defeat, even though it meant facing some very dark demons he had been hiding from. We never called each other names or used put downs and even stood up for each other when others encouraged us to do so. That's our strength, even in the face of splitting up we still had the utmost respect for each other. Even though I questioned whether or not I still loved him, I still saw him as a family member as we always would be bound by our children.
I cannot say enough about how truly amazing I think my husband is. He has become a more amazing father, lover, friend, and life long partner. (And ladies he is just as beautiful on the outside as he is on the inside).
Now I just simply can't get enough of him. So incredible, since just a few months ago I couldn't even imagine us living in the same house together.
Anyway...didn't mean to interrupt, but thought you might like the view from the other side. God bless you all and a sincere "Happy New Year".
Bill's Wife

Bill - I am really encouraged - I hope one day that C will write a note on the BB like that.

Thanks for sharing that with us.

Happy New Year Bill (and Bill's wife). You both give me great hope and inspiration. Thank you for posting together...and for being so open and honest about your journey together.

I get hope from you, Bill's wife, because I see so much of my H and I in your words. We are becoming friends again after sinking into the comfort zone.

Thanks again and keep up the great relationship!

Hi Bill,
I know I haven't posted to you in a long time...my apologies for that. I truely think that you and W are one of the greatest success stories I have seen come about on this board Thank you Bill's W for posting as well It is a rare and remarkeable thing to hear from "the other side" and takes a great amount of courage. The two of you are blessed to have found one another again
