Is my W having MLC?

I have been on here for a while now. I have been trying to take advice from people. My as she puts it ex, are not living together and she has been dating. More than one guy. I have seen her a few times and she is always acting different, she was being suggestive here and there has said she worries about me but hasn’t done that for a while. She also has admitted that this R she has with the OM is not serious. I have tried NC for a while and I have tried to be somewhat helpful with the house and she doesn’t contact me anymore. But if I call she does answer. I can tell she has a physical attraction with me, but will not allow herself to be emotionally close. she saw me once and was a bit worried about me dating. I know that I hurt her with things I have said. Getting her to entrust her heart to me is very difficult, I don’t talk about her dating this guy but for me I am begging to fade. I know she does not want to be lonely and seems to grabbing at anything right now, but doesn’t seem to even want to consider even trying anything with me. If any one on here has been on the other side of this and could help me understand what she is going through and some way for me to help her…..
