OK..let me interrupt the fun with a serious update then we can get right back down to the 7th level..
so I get an email from Kim..Caleigh is not in daycare today so she will be brought to me..she gives me a choice either the regular meeting place or a place closer to me, then let's me know her SIL will be driving her . So I reply back, that the closer place would be nice. I then let her know I have an engagement I need to attend Saturday night and ask her if she would like ROFR, if not then I have a sitter for Caleigh. I also reply back about what is left to untangle(I did not use that word in the email)The email was nice, business like. Anyway, I let her know she would be getting a letter in the mail that she had been dropped from my insurance and it was a retro'd back to 12/1 and that I was sorry but it was company policy. I then let her know that the mortgage payment went in 12/1 automatically from my check and that it could not be stopped. She is supposed to close on the house Dec. 12th. She also owes me the difference between the CS payment for Nov./Dec.and the Nov./Dec. Mortgage..I threw out a $495 amount to her that I thought I was owed but also let her know that Caleigh had some co-pays/medicines for Nov and I would work with her on that. I also agreed to pay 1/2 the court costs of the D proceeding even though they were charged to her so that is another $127 off..so she tossed back a $340 figure to me..so I accepted that offer..
so, what do I get from all this??
1. either Kim is on a really high dose of Morphine and mellowed out and reasonable...due to her knee surgery
2. she has been put through some type exorcism and all the batchitt crazy has been removed.
3. or we may just be able to have some semblance of a co-parenting skill tucked deep down in each of our brains.
4. or it's all just a dreaded game and I'm once again about to get kicked in the crotch and then stabbed in the back...
I hope it's option #3. I'll take #2. If it's #1 I hope they make it a permanent IV drip.
and if it's #4, would one of you guys pass on to my family that I love them and will miss them?? ROTFLMAO
When Kim is nice, I ask myself, "What's in it for her?" Hmmm...let's see, the house closes next week. Coincidence? I think not. Or maybe she heard about the big party at your place tonight and hoping to drop by unannounced. Nope. I doubt it. Maybe I'm a little paranoid these days, but I sense a sneaky #4 move on December 13.
