Hi Beth,

I had a super nice day, surrounded by family, I've detached very well and I still had a mini-cry in the bathroom just now. It's a tough day all around.

Wife took kids to a Christmas concert tonight, which we all used to go to. I had the kids for dinner today but harder once their gone.

My mom, dad and sister took me to a movie tonight to distract me, bless their hearts.

BTW... new Nicole Kidman movie is really excellent: 'Australia'.
