Neil Coach is right. I have really noticed myself getting worn down, physically and emotionally....very tired. Sometimes I come to work feeling upbeat and positive and get on here and read my sitch or someone else's and tear up at the drop of hat.
Yesterday my D came home while I was in the basement and yelled to see where I was. When I answered she asked what was wrong..are you OK? She said you sound tired, or grumpy....and all I said was "I'm in the basement, kiddo".
Rest up....stay off here if you need to. I think that helps sometimes, too.
