Happy Monday Lis!

Hope you had a fun weekend with the kids. Do you take them down the shore very often? I so miss the shore on hot weekends like we this week.

I'm so glad you're back!

Love,
Bethie

Hey chickies

Thank you notes- check.

Thanks for the reminder sugar.

Trip Hemingways over crushed ice YUM.

Bethie as weird as this may sound I am not a beachy person. I don't like sand.

I did take them to Lavallette. They had so much fun.

I went to Spring Lake alone to go read a few weekends ago.

We will go back a few more times.

I never go to Atlantic City, tho, weird right? I am only 2 hours away if that.

So, Bethie
Did you sell seashells whilst down by the seashore?

Hey Lissie
Sounds like a wonderful weekend. Love the beach, even love the messy sand, except when it goes in , well hard to reach places \:\)

You sound really good!!

Nope K, but I sure have collected a lot of them!

Lissie,

Pay no attention to her. She was just waiting to be able to mention the sand and the hard to reach places in the same sentance!

Hey Lis:

Did we ever find out what Zumba is? I hate being in the dark. It sounds cool.

Barb --

It's code for "when a 49-year-old woman tries it for the first time yesterday in a class taught by an 18-year-old, she can barely move the next day from the workout on her too-wide hips and creaky knees" \:D

It's great fun and a great aerobic workout...set to Latin music with lots of Shakira-type wiggling!

Lissie, are you a Zumba regular? Do you find it's good for toning/dropping some pounds?
