Kembo, I think you coming back to give others a word of encouragement is great. They know you've been through the fire and can say from experience that there is life after the BD and/or D.


It is not about what you feel should work in your M. It is about doing the work that gets the right results. Do what works!

Thanks Sandi, like I said I'm definitely not all the way through, but I'm optimistic about everything now, optimistic about the things I can control.

You all were monumental for me. I'm by no means close to an expert, but I'm going to try and stick around here and give my two cents to people that are going through a similar situation.
