I too was like this for quite some time. Once I learned to let go of the anger it became much easier to have a PMA around her.

It can be done. I don't have any type of trick or method that I can share. I can only say that when the rope is truly dropped then this comes naturally.

Agree with NDY. The anger is natural. But it'll fade.
Letting go is tough, but everything's so much clearer afterwards.

Thanks, I felt like I was at a good spot and after finding out PA actually happened I just kind of felt like I was taking a couple steps back. I always suspected it but it was just still tough to hear it actually happened.

Ill be good though. I have D2 for weekend so its going to be a great weekend
