Perfect timing my W has. My original thread in Newcomers has hit 99 and my W says she's ready to start piecing our M back together.

My W stopped by to see me at work today to drop off some pictures. I told her I'd like to get together with her before Saturday's big 50th anniversary party for her parents. I wanted to make sure we were on the same page in case family and friends started asking what's going on with us.

We talked for a while and then things got interesting. Lets just say I was at work by myself so I locked the doors and...well...use your imagination for the rest of the story.

We'll get together again on Thursday to put together our plan for piecing then I'll post it here for feedback from you "piecing" experts.

Was it anything like the office scene from Mousehunt?

Hmmm...I guess I've been living a sheltered life Bob, so I can only assume that your imagination is right on target. You got any clips of that scene that you can share with me?

It's a great movie. Nathan Lane stars in it. It's about two brothers who inherit a mansion from their recently deceased father and try to renovate it but a rather pesky mouse gets in their way.

The scene that I was refering to involves the younger brother and his estranged wife in the factory office. Although the movie is PG, the brother tells his sibling what happens in the office.

Thank you Bob. Although I didn't see the movie, I do remember the previews. I'll put Mousehunt on my list of movie rentals for the weekend.

Thank you for the welcome Sue and Lisa.

I still can't believe how "fast and furious" my sitch has turned around. I am going to proceed with caution and protect myself as much as I can from any further emotional hurt. I'm moving over here to Piecing with an open "beginners mind" and I will continue to prepare myself for any outcome here.

I'll post more details of my current sitch after my W and have our talk on Thursday. My original Newcomers thread is here for those of you who want to see how I got over here.

Hiya sparkie,
Saw you a bit over on blebop's thread, but never did get to swing by and check out your story. Glad to see you move over to this forum.

Nothing much different when you first set up shop here ... keep doing what works while allowing her to set the pace things move from here...

'til later,
KAW

Hi Mark ~
Just read your recent post on holdingon' thread. Very good advice - I keep reading it. Came here to see how you're doing. Congratulations on making the move to piecing. That's awesome. Keep up the good work.
