So instead of redoubling all your efforts and attention on your kids or pets in a toy war in the Better Parent Off.
Do something, buy something, get something nice for yourself.
Not something you NEED, but something you WANT.
The holidays are hard, we tend to put more emphasis on them and their importance in this situation we tend to exaggerate the hurt, so treat yourself nicely at least one day or seven in the up coming weeks.

I shifted up a gear with a new style in my hair same colour and a few different bits.
I put aside the $ each week and my fabulous hair dresser is awesome. It needed some length taken off. Oh the best bit in a small town a trip to the supermarket on Friday night where most people will see you. Looking fab.
