Court date moved to end of July...still don't know anything yet.
H living on his own right now.

Thanks for checking on me and sorry I have not updated in quite awhile.
Honestly summer just flew by and I cannot believe it has been since July since I posted.
Lots has happened but will try and post the reader's digest version.
H moved in with FOW in January.
March/April-H was ticketed for assaulting OW's ex BF who was staying in the same house (Ow's) with H and OW. After the assault, H moved into a different bedroom. I believe that was a mutual decision. H told me he had made a mistake going back to OW's. Wanted to come home.
May-H announced he was moving out, couldn't stand it there anymore. S18 graduated from HS! H told S18 he'd like to move home but didn't think I would let him. S18 told H he should live on his own for awhile H moved in to his own apartment about 50mi from OW.
June-H is here almost every weekend and sleeps in the camper on the weekends rather than drive 30mi to his apartment. Notice he is drinking more than what he normally did. OW tried calling him a couple of times, he ignored.
July-Dating and spending time with the kids and grandkids. Fixing things around the house.
August-Makes noise about coming home. Started MC and he has gone to one IC session.
Sept-H gave his 30 day notice at his apartment. I had not agreed to him moving home yet. After session with MC, we discussed in depth about it. He is going to move home but stay in a separate bedroom for now. He knows that if there is ANY contact at all with FOW, he is out...I am done.
He seems sincere. Is doing everything I have asked of him ie. counseling etc.
This is my second go around with H. He still has a ways to go in his MLC journey. First time, I let him come home with absolutely no consequences and failed to set good, strong boundaries and follow thru with the consequences. We did not do any counseling. This time, I do NOT fear losing him. I have boundaries set in place and WILL follow through.
I may have left some things out but this is basically what has been going on.
