It's been a while...

No big progress either way here... for a few days I was very tense because he didn't act any differently or bring it up. So I actually asked him, "Are you flip flopping on this again?" He said no - he just doesn't know what to do. He caused a lot of trouble with his "MLC", so now things are weird. He asked me what I wanted him to do - amazingly, I couldn't tell him anything specific. So I told him with any guy I would date I wanted to know that they enjoyed spending time with me.

We spent time together with the kids all three days of the weekend, including the whole day on Sunday (this is normally his day with the kids). I had to take our younger daughter to urgent care last night and he came over to put the other one to bed, and also helped me with the car trouble I had on my way home (and today).

No talking or relationshippy type stuff yet. But more frequent use of "we" and doing things as a family. Going slooooow.

A paper fell out of something in his car and he had written down the quote "a man is only as faithful as his options". He said it was old and not read anything into it... I won't say it didn't bother me, but it just reminded me to stay cautious.
