Dolph,
You came to the right place. A lot of folks will give you some really good and positive advice on taking control of your life back. In the mean time, read the other threads. They will have a lot of similar stories at different stages of their development. You will learn a lot!

Understand that the things you are urged to do are going to seem totally backwards from what you want to do. Give it a try. You will start feeling the affects in as little as a few weeks.

It's going to be hard work and it's going to hurt some. But you have nothing else to lose.

Sorry to have to welcome you here, but it will be good for you. Promise.

Good luck.

ADAPT. OVERCOME. IMPROVISE.

First, I am sorry that you are here Dolphin. This is a very tough place to be and we all know it.

How much evidence to you have? Is it solid. Can you forgive him? Think about what you want before you do anything. Wait for some of the pros before you do anything. Puppy, Coach, R2C. I am still too new to offer much good advice.

Tell us more about your relationship and your family. How long married? Ages? Kids? Give us some background and just sit tight for tonight.

Do you have the Divorce Remedy Book? Puppy Dog Tails always recommends other books for infidelity.

Stay strong, give more info and hang in there.

Talk to you soon.

Hi,
I am sorry you are here and I am VERY sorry you are facing infidelity. I am on the same boat.

Please let us know more about your story so people can suggest, advise or just support you better.
Take care of yourself and try to calm down if possible. If you just found out, emotions can be very intense.
K

PS FYI 99.9% of the people here face infidelity whether they know it or not. You are certainly NOT alone.

H has been having a for 4 yrs. I think he is so attached to the ow there may not be any hope. I texted him and told him how self centered and mean he is for doing this to his family. I have so much anger towards him.

So is he living with OW? Why have you allowed this to continue?

You've got to give us more information.
