I thought my h had stopped seeing ow but he didnt. I had not driven by mil house for a couple of weeks and I drove by tonight and ow car was in the driveway. I was so depressed about this . I cant believe my MIL would allow that piece of trash in her house after all I did for her for 30 years. I called h and yelled at him for having her there . He said he is confused and doesnt know what he wants. He was crying. He is going through serious financial problems now too. He came to my house yesterday when he knew i wasnt home to get the title for his truck and motorcycle. I am worried about my finances, what he is up to.
30 years! Wow. I'm so sorry this is happening. I'm sorry about your MIL's loyalty- have you talked to her?
Have you taken any steps to protect yourself (financially/legally)? Those vehicles should be partly yours after 30 years of marriage, right?
I've hidden every shred of paperwork to prevent my WS from coming in when I'm not home and taking stuff. I literally emptied the filing cabinet and stashed everything at another location- if he wants something, he can ask for it, and I can take copies first. Like your H, I suspect that mine may be doing hinky things with finances.
