Hi KerryK and fb2, thanks for dropping by!

I don't really feel shell-shocked about my divorce anymore, even though it all happened very quickly. Maybe I am and just don't realize it?

Sometimes I feel a bit silly posting about my problems here when I see so much fighting and bitterness in other people's situations. As things stand now, I really don't have much to complain about. My XW has her moments (and so do I), but she's not psycho, or greedy, or cruel. She is struggling right now, and as you mentioned Kerry I do get a bit of "I told you so" satisfaction out of that, but at the same time I do want her to be happy and healthy so she can be a good parent to our girls, and also because she is still my friend and I still love her. And her struggling doesn't bring us any closer to reconciling, which is still my long-term goal right now (along with raising 3 great kids).

Divorce is a hard thing, and it brings out powerful emotions in people. I only hope that I will have the strength and wisdom to act on the positive feelings and ignore the negative ones.
