badcompany - Just reading your sitch but figured I could toss this out there because it caught my eye. Call records and texts can easly be deleted from the phone. You need to bill to see call records. Also, there could be fake name programmed with dudes numbers. Be careful, this may be her trying to win your trust while being deceitful.

Good call. Precisely why BC needs to insist on a transparency plan that would include her changing her cellphone #, with the new line having detailed billing, coming to BC.

Then she should still change her #, you should CONINTUE to have this access, and she should send a "no-contact" letter to OM, the content of which is to be approved by you and to be delivered by a third party.

Considering he is a 22 yr old who ran for the hills and appears to want all this to go away.....maybe you should just write one but hold off unless he re-appears. Unless Puppy thinks it should come from your wife....but doesn't that re-establish contact?? I'm no expert feel free to disregard my two cents!!!
